Batteries doesnt like being fully discharge or fully charged at prolonged time. What i read it is recommended to stays between 40-80%.

OP wants to limit it between 17-82%. Fow why, that's his preference.

I readed 20-80%, not 40-80%, anyways...

Its all over the place for minimum charge. Some website state 40%, some state 30, 20, even 10%. The point is deep charge is not recommended. Battery university recommend 30-80%.
