I have a large group (7 players) that I play with on the regular. My saint of a DM though needs a break to which I am happy to oblige with a one-shot or two. I'm looking for a one-shot that would be fun for them at level 5+. We're all experienced players with decent to great table etiquette so the table size only concerns me as far as difficulty is concerned. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Maybe The Final Voyage of Draengr Thar?

I bookmarked it a while back because Bryce Lynch, who is very critical of adventures, has some good things to say in his review:

He also had pretty high praise for Witches of Frostwyck, which could presumably be adapted for level 5. It looks like it would run longer than a single session, though.

It might also be worth browsing the categories on his blog's sidebar.

This seems like a great adventure! I watched his video talking about it while making dinner tonight. Then I watched it again. I think I'm going to borrow heavily from it and create a D&D centric version.
