[1] [2] Ukrainian officials have emphasized transparency, with the embassy noting that U.S. aid is allocated to specific sectors (security, humanitarian, economic) and subject to oversight . Trump’s criticism also ignores that European aid surpasses U.S. totals when including multi-year commitments .

A February 2025 poll by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology found 57% of Ukrainians trust Zelenskyy, obviously contradicting Trump’s "4%" claim . [3] [4]
