So, basically I want to sync with my pc the Yuzu save data. This save data are in the Android/data folder which is only accessible with root ,that I have, but SyncThing can't open that folder because the app hasn't root permission. At the end what should I do to sync that folder?

Just thinking out loud: could you move the yuzu data folder to a place that Syncthing can access and create a symlink from the original to the new location?

I think the biggest problem would be file ownership/permissions, but otherwise should work.

Sure, I see this solution online but I would a much automatic solution.

You could try syncthing-fork from fdroid ... it can be given root rights to access the data folder
