No no, you don't understand, everything is an ADHD thing. Nobody has traits or idiosyncrasies, everything is merely a reflection of their unique psyche and not experienced by other people.

I don't see showering 60 times per day in the image so I'm not sure where you're getting that number or what it has to do with ADHD or lack of.
