This is a Dengist community in favor of Bashar al-Assad with no information that can lead to the arrest of Hillary Clinton, our fellow liberal and queen. This community is not ironic. We are Marxists-Leninists.
This community is for posts about Marxism and geopolitics (including shitposts to some extent). Serious posts can be posted here or in /c/GenZhou. Reactionary or ultra-leftist cringe posts belong in /c/shitreactionariessay or /c/shitultrassay respectively.
We have a Matrix homeserver and a Matrix space. See this thread for more information. If you believe the server may be down, check the status on status.elara.ws.

Life under capitalism:
For months I had been experiencing some back pain, which gave me stress. I have a mole near the painful spot and had it checked out by a doctor, but he saw no worrying things. I still had back pain, though. Months passed with daily stressful thoughts about what was going on. I worried it may have been cancer (lol) or that I was supposed to get an expensive treatment for whatever issue I was having.
Last week I figured I should just go to a physio because this couldn't go on any longer. Made an appointment for today. Had some examination. There's just this one muscle in my back that's so tense it could've very well been made out of steel. Had a massage, some stretch exercises and I feel better. I have some follow up appointments made to keep track of the muscle.
The best part? Apparently health insurance should pay for the majority of it. Here I was stressing for months over what turned out to be something minor all because I was afraid of high medical costs and what not.
the main factor is stress. please do some stretches everyday whenever you get time.
i had similar problems, migraine, eye strain and i got accupuncture. got so much better after that.
