What app do you use for backing up your files on Android? (lemmy.ml)

I use rsync normally but I want something similar for my Android (GrapheneOS) smartphone. I want to just click and backup everything that I set up earlier. For now I manually copy folders to one and then upload it to external drive. What are your recommendations?

I use a magnetic external disk attached to the back of my Pixel (GrapheneOS) and I encrypt all my files using S.S.E Pro before send them to my 256GB Nvme disk.

and after a certain time the most import files I burn them on my M-Discs.
