In Norway they are sold as fast food and are called rollerburger
Brother, we sell them in every 7/11 in the US and we pack them with cheese. They are mass produced turds.

I've seen them in 7/11s from the East Coast to the West Coast. Cheeseburger big bite.
Never seen those before, I expected you were going to show the other things on the rollers, toquidos rollers or what not? Not sure
They usually have:
Hot dogs (pork/beef/jalapenos/cheese)
Sausages of some kind
Buffalo chicken rollers or such
Toquidos
Jamaican beef patties
All of which are not very good, unless you are drunk, then you don't understand why you don't eat them more.
