It's super shit that it's still a grey import after all this time. Good luck with it
That's because Valve can't support it there. It's honestly the responsible thing for them to do instead of sell them in Australia anyway and screw any customers out of decent support of any kind at all. The cost would also be inflated by shipping and import taxes, making it less worth it.
They've sold other hardware here, what changed?
This one is fairly fragile and costs magnitudes more than a simple Steam Controller.
Still it's been almost 2 years and the Deck isn't available in a LOT of countries.
