Here is a good reason why it shouldn't be everywhere:

that is not a good reason, they used the wrong set of lights lol
The mere fact that you can use the wrong set of lights, which probably also says UV somewhere on the box, is a good reason.
If we applied that logic to everything, nothing would be permissible.

Well yeah. You're supposed to use UV-C for these applications. They are fucking stupid
