I think American-backed propaganda was and is used to make most former communist countries in Eastern and Central Europe be now anti-communist, anti-China and also anti-Russia. One of the main things the propaganda does is promoting neonazism. Here I'm using a very broad meaning for propaganda, including any means of persuasion, like atroturfing, psy ops etc.
