TL;DR

It was unclear why Trump stayed on stage for so long and there was confusion about what was happening when he was up there.

Music played for more than 30 minutes as Trump stood on stage and occasionally made brief remarks in between songs.

Asked why Trump was still on stage, Trump campaign spokesman Steven Cheung told CNN, “He’s here for the people. Not like loser Kamala Harris.”

How are we in such a shitty timeline that childish name calling is just unremarkable? Every trump supporter should be ashamed of themselves.

Cheung is a highly respected man in chucklefuck circles.

Steven Cheung seems like a uniquely unpleasant person within Trump's orbit.

Unfortunately there are a lot of people just as unpleasant or worse in Donald's orbit.

Right like at least be more subtle and funny in your insults you know. Meanwhile Harris saying "hope he's okay" has so much better landing

This geriatric has dementia. He needs inpatient care. He has no idea where he is or what is happening around him in that video.

Yeah, it's grubby AF. I get that the strategy is to normalise calling your opponent a loser so it feels matter of fact, but it's absolutely fucked that this is how major political candidates and operations work nowadays.

(Also, Harris won the last election, won the nom, and is still up in the polls, whereas Trump has lost so many major contests since 2016 he's uniquely qualified to be called a loser)

Sore loser too, 1/6

To be fair, it's definitely one side doing it more than anyone else.
