Generally, a supporter of the political philosophy liberalism. Liberals may be politically left or right but tend to be centrist.

Liberalism supports capitalism, nothing about it is left wing. Hell even Social Liberalism isn't left wing.

It sounds like you're thinking of Libertarianism which is a subset of liberalism, but they are distinct.

Liberalism is a political and moral philosophy based on the rights of the individual, liberty, consent of the governed, political equality, right to private property and equality before the law. Liberals are by any definition of the word right-wing, since liberals believe in capitalism and the liberal democracies of the world are maintaining ruthless imperialism.
