I still stand by my conspiracy theory that even the states who are known to have nukes don't actually have functional nukes anymore, it's just that they've managed to convince everyone that they've still got functional nukes

Also daily reminder that the only country that ever used nukes against another was the US

You don't really need to have a nuke ready to launch but to have the infrastructure and know-how to develop one.
