Damn I really know nothing about courts I would assume the states Supreme Court would only be below the national Supreme Court but apparently state appeals are above the state Supreme Court?

Also god damn, “yeah it said you would have Medicaid but it didn’t legally say they wouldn’t fuck you.” Certainly is a ruling.

In New York the "Court of Appeals" is the highest state court, higher than the New York "Supreme" court. It's just a weird naming thing.
