Disappointing comments will generally be left to fester in ratio, outright horrible comments will be removed.
Message the mods if you feel something really should be removed, or if a user seems to have a pattern of awful comments.

Sounds good only seems extreme because too many of us don't see an issue with phone use just like in the 60s with drink driving.
The standards of driving over the last 10 or so years has declined and egos have shot right up.
Of course most of this is down to a lack of on the street policing so I guess this is mostly just an easy mode gotcha for the 2 or so Police cars driving about.
