Is the NBA obligated to accept the match? I wonder if TNT has burned too many bridges in the NBA office by prolonging this.

I think that's the right TNT has, to match one of the deals. Only thing I don't know is if TNT has the robust streaming platform that Amazon does.

They put the games on MAX(formally HBO)

Max was great for streaming the games -- if you knew they were there. I'm hoping TNT sticks around solely for their pregame, halftime, and post game coverage. They smoke all the other studios in that area.

Saying no could be grounds for a shareholder lawsuit, should they think it was a bad decision financially (unlikely, though)
