For those unware of what Atlas OS is; It aims to be an optimized modification of Windows, designed for gamers. Designed to maximize performance, minimize latency, higher framerates and lower latency compared to stock windows.

So curious if anyone here has tried this and could share their experiences! Considering putting this on a friends computer.

No oh god never.

Why run an OS that disables your AV, kills windows firewall, disables UAC, and dismantles windows patching in order to get 3-5 better FPS?

Use Chris Titus Windows Debloater to nerf windows to a more idle state.

Tbf, most of what you just mentioned are all optional. I do like the tool from Chris though, but believe Atlas achieves more.
