Popular user who had an idiosyncratic way of speaking, particularly in mockery, that’s leaked into the general culture here. He’s mainly known for his contributions to treat discourse and for “touching grass” just before Henry Kissinger died.

If I recall correctly, UlyssesT was a very active regular (one might even say power user) of this site who deleted their account before you joined.
I'm afraid I don't remember that much about them so someone else will have to explain that part
