I am using a laptop. I fixed it by turning it off and on.

Getting it all the time on Fedora KDE. And Ctrl+alt+F1 (or any other F key) doesn't get me to a terminal and even SSHing into the computer and entering the command doesn't get rid of it. Been just turning the computer off and in again whenever it shows up.

I think an update broke something and am hoping it gets fixed soon.
