As someone who has living in one of these and a 4 person apartment with one bathroom, the private baths are 100% worth it.
Circling it in red doesn't make it make any more sense.
What kind of weird goldilocks upper-midclass is this where you have to live in a shared flat but need to have your own private bathroom? No, that's just silly.
Ask your girlfriend which place she would rather stay over at.
