So I spent 15 hours in bed only to struggle to get maybe 8 hours sleep? Jeez. I just couldn’t get my brain to calm down. I wasn’t raging or anything, but just constantly distracted and unable to chill.
My mental health feels ok… so I wonder if the COVID’s messing with my brain?
Yeah I had nightmares, anxiety it was terrible from COVID.
Glad it’s not just me. Did you find anything to help? Or just had to face it?
Just faced it. I put on soothing podcasts/audiobooks and just dozed. Kept reminding myself it was just the inflammation and it would get better.
Yeah good call. I think I was trying to fight it all night which obviously got me nowhere.
It fucked with mine in a big way. Felt like I couldn't think properly.
Yeah, I feel that. Assuming none of your usual coping mechanisms worked either?
Nah they didn't. I had to distract myself with some dumb tv show or YouTube
Yeah I tried that for a few hours but ended up feeling worse cause I think I THOUGHT I should be asleep. Might just chuck on some spa music tonight and not even try to go to sleep but just plan on listening to music in the dark.
