If his wife is anything resembling actual human, this separation is a big win for her.
I wouldn't be surprised if it were her idea. Divorce is immoral. Kicking your husband out for the sake of the family is not.

While I agree with you, my intent was to represent his wife's view.
This guy can't really have school age children can he? He looks like he's got one foot in the grave already.
At least he seems to have plenty of offers to help him with his other foot. Not everyone is so lucky.
