The fuck is wrong with that bus
it's because the moment any Mayor of London needs a popularity boost they announce a new bus design.
Looks like Andre the Giant's singlet
it's the back of a modern London bus. there is nothing wrong with it

I actually was in one of those busses last year and their front looks pretty "normal"
It's London, so that bus is driving on the wrong side of the road and you are actually looking at the back of it.

Compromise: starting right now, everyone everywhere has to drive in the middle of the road.

Incidentally, it's also pretty much my ONLY centrist view, so I guess I had to really make it count 😁
That's just the back of one of the newer (2011) bus designs in London.
I say newer but I've been here since 2014 and I don't remember seeing these until a few years later.
