No, Ethnic Kleinsing is the h3h3 guy, a loser from America who married some IDF baby killer after meeting on birthright and built an empire doing "reaction videos" and is getting increasingly unstable due to the changing perception of Israel to sane people worldwide.
He was also a shitty person beforehand, he fired his housekeeper/cleaner after she got sick and couldn't work (but had used up all her sick/vacation leave). He also keeps feeding his dog cheese live on stream after his old dog died from a high sodium diet. Aforementioned dog was just pooping everywhere and his unsupervised toddler got worms from playing with poop.
