  1. We need another pedestrian bridge under Higgins or Orange St, or in the near vicinity. The quickest thing to do would be to convert the old railroad bridge near Fresh Market on Broadway.
  2. We also need lane lines painted on all the bike/pedestrian paths to encourage users to keep a lane clear. Signs promoting this would help too.
  3. Clear the tents and other pathway obstructions under all of the automobile bridges.
  4. More bike parking at Caras, Kiwanis, Greenough, the UM Football field/Practice field area.
