Rimworld, and Football Manager (although they last one I played is 2020)

Had the same requirement to get Australian citizenship. It wasn't easy since most of the people I knew were mostly temporary residents/non-citizens too, and my occupation isn't on the list so coworkers are out the running.

Australia (Sydney). A few years ago I went and there was a queue going outside the door and volunteers were telling people that it would take 30-45 minutes but to please stay in line. They were also handing out Tim Tams for people in line. I decided to try another polling station instead, which was 10-15 minutes walk away. There was no queue at all there so I was out within a couple minutes. So that one took the longest even though most of it was walking to another location. Wish there was a way to tell the people in that queue that other locations were empty.

I started a new job at a nice-ish office, next to a pretty fancy mall. On my 3rd day, my colleagues invited me to lunch at the food court of the mall. A couple hours later, I started getting nauseous and sweaty. Had to rush to the bathroom a couple times, which looking back I was lucky it was coming out of one end instead of two. After the 2nd time, I thought I'd chance it and rush home rather than having to go through another ~2 hours of this at the office. Luckily I lived close to the office back then so I was able to make it home. But in my rush I forgot to tell my manager, just told a coworker sitting near my desk I wasn't feeling well and left. I emailed my manager that night, telling him that I also wouldn't be able to make it in the next day. So my very first week at this job, I was only there for 2.5 days before getting sick for 1.5 days. Not the best first impression.

I didn't know until much later, but my manager told me that he thought I hated the job and was about to quit after a couple days.

None. I go to the kitchen to drink water when I need it. In the mornings, I may have a cup of coffee, which is the only drink I would bring to my desk.

That’s sooner than I thought!

Is this true? I’ve been having some issues on my LibreWolf this past week or two, when sometimes YouTube takes 3-4 seconds to recognize a key press.

Buffy. I was the right age (or maybe a bit too young) when it aired and it was the first female-led show that I fell in love with.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka has left Manchester United to join West Ham United on a permanent transfer.

The right-back signed from Crystal Palace in June 2019 and went on to play 190 games for the Reds.

Wan-Bissaka, who became known for his tenacity in the tackle and impressive one-on-one defending, made his United debut in August 2019, helping Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side to an impressive 4-0 victory over Chelsea.

He was a key member of Solskjaer’s squad which finished third and qualified for the Champions League later that season, and also played 54 times in all competitions the following term, as we came second in the top-flight and reached the Europa League final, losing to Villarreal on penalties.

Aaron scored two goals during his United career, against Newcastle United and Southampton, with both strikes coming in that 2020/21 season.

Injuries and competition with Diogo Dalot for the right-back slot reduced Wan-Bissaka’s appearances in the following campaigns, although he produced an impressive showing as a substitute against Newcastle in the 2023 Carabao Cup final, keeping the Magpies at bay en route to his first piece of silverware with the club.

He started the FA Cup final later that year, as United were beaten by Manchester City at Wembley, but the repeat derby 12 months on was a much happier occasion.

Wan-Bissaka was one of the Reds’ best performers on the day, largely reducing the influence of Phil Foden and Jeremy Doku to help ensure we lifted the famous old trophy for the 13th time.

That was Aaron’s final competitive appearance for United, as he now moves on to pastures new in London, joining the Hammers in their first campaign under recently appointed head coach Julen Lopetegui.

Everyone at United would like to thank Aaron for his contributions to the club and we wish him all the best for the future.

(Potentially) SOLVED: I disabled both Steam Overlay and controller Steam Input, and now it somehow works. Strangely, I believe they were both disabled to begin with and I tried enabling one at a time, then both, and nothing worked. I wanted to test individual settings again so I turned both off and suddenly it recognizes my controller (DualShock 4)

I haven't played 1.6 but I'm sure I played 1.5 with this setup a while back and the controller was working. Now my Mac recognizes the controller (and I can use in Steam's big picture mode) but the game doesn't.

What I've tried:

  • Started the game through Big Picture mode using my controller, and tried without Big Picture mode
  • Uninstalled SMAPI and any mods
  • Restarted my Mac
  • Enabled/Disabled Steam Input in controller settings

Anyone have any experience getting it to work?

NOTE: Just tried with DualSense/PS5 controller and having the same issue. The game doesn't seem to recognize the controller

Missed this news yesterday. I guess “August” narrows it down from “mid-2024” although that’s basically end of mid year. I’m expecting late August.

Currently I just have mine set up for camera because I went on holiday and it was used more often. Now that I'm back working I don't need the camera nearly as much and was wondering what's a more useful setup for Action Button?
