well I dont need a god to love and respect trans people, and even if he told me not to I wouldn't listen.
yeah im not saying mozilla will be our savior, and ladybird/servo are promising but nowhere near complete. the biggest difference is that firefox is open source, you can build the browser with none of that stuff in it, and yeah thats not easy for most users, but most users dont care and wont do it anyways. chrome on the other hand, yeah chromium is "open source" but most of the important stuff that chrome based browsers actually use are not open source, and they are more than willing to take features away from users because if they didnt they would lose money, just like how they have done with manifest v3 and adblockers. at the end of they day we dont have a good browser, and thats a shame, because its a really insurmountable task without proper funding.
ahh yes brave, the browser that has built in crypto scams, will add affiliate links so they can make money off your purchases, is built on Chrome so has no pretense of privacy anyways, and was created by a guy who donated to anti lgbtq causes. I'm sure they are the ones who will save us from those evil corps who want our data.

this study that compares the differences between sublingual monotherapy, and oral estradiol in combination with cyproterone acetate. this is their conclusion.
Both treatments achieved similar clinical changes. At this stage, (sublingual estradiol), which repeatedly induces alarming excursions of serum estradiol throughout the day, appears to offer no advantage over the cyproterone acetate approach.
my conclusion from this is that you should only attempt sublingual monotherapy if it is cheaper and/or easier to obtain the larger amount of estradiol you need, than the lower dose of estradiol with some way to block t.

have you tried the flatpak? it should include any dependencys you need. im on arch and it works great from the aur, but i know that does not really help you.
I'm not looking at any of your recommendations so I have no idea if you would like this but I really enjoy twoodfrd, he makes videos about repairing guitars and other string instruments, very relaxing, soothing voice, and lots of fascinating info about guitars
