Unlawful deportations happen all the time everywhere. It will happen and probably happened quite often in the last years

I sincerely wish the absolute worst on any marginalized group that voted for Trump.

Are white people exempt from that or why did you choose that wording?

Yeah you are just talking out of your ass here

Not everyone is in places where this is a reasonable approach. And not everyone wants to protest peacefully.

There will probably many different answers because there are many flavors of anarchism. We all share the same antiauthoritian spirit but we come all from differen starting points.

Talking from my perspective, I cant put my viee on anarchism in better words than this text: To Change Everything - an anarchist appeal by crimethinc

I dont see any consistency even when I just look at Trumps messaging. The platform Republicans ran on also changed significantly in the last two decades

I am not doing left unity. Sure there are some common grounds, but most often there are also clear incompatibilities. I do not think someone calling themself leftist is enough for me to work with them.

Instead I want to be able to agree or compromise on these points:

  • shared vision for the future
  • what we want to do in a practical sense
  • preferences for managing relationships(like how to organize, etc)

Of course this results in a pretty limited range of folks/groups I am happy to work with. In my case its mostly anarchists. But in singular contexts(like antifascist action and mutual aid) or in projects of limited scope like organizing a demonstration the alignement of these points is often enough for me to consider it.

In a previous thread with a similar topic @blibla@[email protected] linked a study that actually was able to support this claim: https://digitalcommons.newhaven.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=2018&context=americanbusinessreview

What I mean is that there’s no way to organize mutual aid in a crisis situation if there’s no previous mutual aid organization before because mutual aid won’t emerge from nothing. Mutual aid takes years or even decades to be organized.

I think many desaster responses actually show the opposite. Mutual aid can emerge spontaneously, structures get build within hours and people show that despite it all, they can help each other out.

Having knowledge, pre existing organizations and a more social day to day life can of course have a hugr positive impact

Living your life is one of the most anarchist things you can do in my opinion.

thanks

tldr: the study links crime(categorized into violent and property crime) to a net benefit of the people living in the neighborhood through having more money available. I did not read it fully so please correct me if im wrong.

Does it tho? And even if it does, arent there ways to keep housing prices low with less downsides? I would be sincerely interested in examples where this actually worked.

hello do you have any ideas or experiences related to plants for a very dark bath room? I am kinda scared to just randomly try a plant and kill it with those circumstances

Edit: I dont get why people feel like they need to image negative things when they see a cute and obviously consensual group cuddling. Maybe they should start looking inward and think about what makes them doing that.
