Because people can understand paper ballots, while tech is complicated and people don't want to understand it, so they instantly think it's unsafe.

Maybe I'm getting wooshed but can't you bring up the keyboard anyway?

In my experience the biggest issues tend to be some stupid launcher that publishers still think are a great idea.

That was AFTER the backlash increased after he doubled down.

I wish more people understood this: Riot's anti-cheat isn't perfect and you can find how to cheat online fairly easily actually, but you have to jump over so many hoops and spend a fair amount of cash to do it (depending on method) that it's basically an exercise for motivated hackers that want to prove a point, not your script kiddie that wants easy wins.

Musk literally refused to comply to the supreme court of Brazil. How the heck are they in the wrong for blocking X?

As unlikely as it is, it would be interesting if FFXIV was a Switch 2 launch title

I understand your point, but for most of the year more than half of every cinema screens are showing marvel/disney trash that even your average movie goer is sick of. Going to one of two screenings of an old, actually good movie isn't going to make or break the industry.

Although certainly similar, the fact that these games have every scene fully animated does add to it in a way that simply reading descriptions about what's going on doesn't.

I did it. For a few years now I've wanted to make the jump but lazyness and a bit of worry that my main game wouldn't work very well kept me from it.

Then some effing windows update caused ridiculous stuttering on games (or maybe it was a auto-update of some other hidden thing, I couldn't figure it out) so I decided that if I needed a system wipe, might as well as try gaming on linux.

Honestly? Much easier than I expected. Install Steam, turn two options on and 90% of your library is ready to go. I had to tinker with getting freesync to work (ended up just switching to wayland, which just worked) but other than the plugins I use for my main game requiring a bit of more work, smooth as butter really.

So yeah, if you are a lazy gamer like I am, next time you do a system wipe or get a new computer, try installing linux first. Don't even bother Dual booting it, if you don't like it just reinstall (setup your usb drive with ventoy and the images you want to try out.)

I just want to build requests and read the responses, why the hell does everyone suddenly want me to make an account?

Your favorite movie, series, or anything else really that you can't find a community here (or maybe it just doesn't exist)

I know my way around a command line. I work in IT, but when it comes to my personal fun time more often than not I'm quite lazy. I use windows a lot because just plugging in anything or installing any game and it just working is great.

But support for windows 10 is ending and I should probably switch sonner rather than later, so I'm wondering if Arch would be a good pick for me? For reference, I mostly game and do Godot stuff in my free time.

One big project or multiple smallers ones? What do you think?

Yeah it was fun in the beginning, after all who never thought about being transported to another world where you ate a big hero with swords and magic?

But what the hell, I'm pretty sure there's more isekai now than other genres/settings. It's gotten to a point that if I see the tag I just move on.
