Mitch has done more to ensure those mistakes are repeated than almost anyone else. Does he have no memory of his actions over the past 20 years?

3 nested death spirals. Or at least 2. Hydro should recover, at least temporarily, outside of El Nino.

The article doesn't waate time on talking about what the govt might be doing instead...to...you know... transition away from oil & ng over the next 25y. They certainly won't be slapping 100% tarrifs on super cheap Chinese EVs. Now even cheaper since they can't be dumped in Europe & NA.

why do Republicans care, since the US and Israel don't recognize the court's jurisdiction anyway?

I think both would likely be found guilty by any reasonable court. I don't think Gaza has one, but I think Netanyahu's legal troubles are going to get a lot worse in Israeli courts.

it's right wing bullshit.

The UK is never limited in the amount of £ it can issue to cover govt deficits. Read a textbook. Issuers of currency do not borrow i that currecy. Debt and deficits have economic impacts, but there is no hard limit.

The only reason for austerity is that rich twats want austerity so they can continue their insatiable greed.

Rae would advise on the options and consequences. I expect he did a good job advising Trudeau.

You don't just suddenly hork in your friend's face at a party. You try to work things out and move them in a direction and keeping it mutually acceptable.

still waiting for the part of the reports where they get to all the interference from closer to home. Like Canadians exposure to toxic far right US news media and commercial propaganda. These are massive machines that dwarf the activities of a handful of sloppy agents from China, India, etc.

Canada's foreign owned media openly endorse conservatives every election, and freely promote their lies during and between elections .
