I'm pretty sure no.
There's a whole bunch of stuff in different parts of the constitution and us code that mention intelligibility in the line of succession. There might be a loop hole around this though I am no constitutional law expert

So right at the end of the 12th amendment there's this line.
But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.
So as of his presidential win this election he's ineligible to be vice president.
Creepers in the White House, it's a known problem in the dark corners of the building. Half of what the secret service does in the morning is clear the building of creepers that spawned over night when no one was around to block hostile mob spawns.
As a left handed person this checks out.
I mean maybe but I don't really think it does either way, I was just pointing out it's kind of disinformation to say they can't put starship into a stable orbit.
It's also weird to say SpaceX is coming dead last when they're still they one company with a reusable first stage and literally the only company developing a reusable second stage.
Elon Musk is an absolute cunt but I don't really agree with the post I responded to.
Not that it makes things better but that number is going to be bunches less than 15 million when everything is said and done. Trump is sitting about a 1 million down from his 2020 vote total and Harris is obviously like 11 million down from Biden's 2020 total but California alone still has almost 7 million votes left to count last I looked and there's still quite a few votes left to count across the rest of the states.
This is my ex's number. Real nice lady Jenny was, I got her number from a bathroom wall, we dated for a while but had to breakup. It was mutual but it still hurts.
and can't get an EMPTY rocket into orbit.
I'm not here to argue any of the rest of you post but the last three star ship launches have been to orbital velocity but on a trajectory that purposely didn't go into full orbit.
I think the Republican voters are to stupid or just in denial that Congress would ever vote for an abortion ban, even though they've clearly signaled they would. My boss is very right wing and last night he said to me that he thought it was weird all the commercials he saw for Sherrod Brown here in Ohio mentioned protecting abortion when it's legal here. When I said a nation ban would supercede our state constitution he just straight told me Congress would pass a national ban.
Probably just a bunch of bullshit falsehoods, look at the campaign against issue 1 in Ohio. It was a change to the state constitution to put a citizen run commission in place to draw maps for voting districts and Republicans ran a campaign that was just straight up lying about what the issue was about. Then even threw misleading ballot language on the ballot, I doubt anyone read the ballot language though because it was a small novel.
I think it's interesting to note that in the 2020 presidential election there was only 5 voters and all 5 voted for Joe Biden.
With as much as this Supreme Court is riding Trump's dick I wouldn't put it past them to rule in his favor if this made it to them.
