2020 Biden got ~81m votes to Trump's ~74m.
2024 (results incomplete but most of the way there) Trump ~71m to Harris ~66m.
Trump doesn't look to have picked up any voters, but Harris is underperforming Biden by a lot. So, what would be the explanation?
