There are definitely some privacy benefits I imagine, as you are not directly utilizing a user account and the YouTube UI. Now if you are asking if it is still possible for google or YouTube to track you the answer is yes, you are just making it slightly harder.

The thing I don’t get about these sorts of conversations is if your threat model is so great why are you using a cellular phone at all? Like I get it, I’ve used graphene and I like it but as my daily I’m iOS all the way. Why, you ask? Because at some point you have to realize you are sacrificing a ton in usability in order to gain privacy and security. If I really cared about security I’d install graphene, sure. But I probably would even put a SIM card in the damn thing.
Unpopular opinion. I liked Mickey 17. It's a problematic movie mostly because the premise brings with it all these expectations about what the movie "should" be. The movie absolutely breaks all of those expectations with its almost slapstick comedic satire. Also Ruffalo does one hell of a great impersonation.
