Yeah it looks like Pictrs is broken.
I'm upgrading my own instance slowly too and pictrs has been a pain. So far its been upgrading for a day and still going!

I hate these mid contract rises. BT/EE are always ridiculous in what they rip you off for each year.
As a Zen broadband customer though I'd highly recommend them!
Can confirm these are very sensitive. Mine is the other side of the house and picks up when we're cooking
Also used Vultr for a few years with no real issues!
I bet they still construct it much faster than the constantly delayed Hinkley Point C in the UK
