Aussies created the category of vehicles with trays. Ute = UTILITY VEHICLE. Yanks fucked it up and morphed it into "trucks" - the monstrosities of emotional support vehicles you see today.

Agree, who'd a thought beef, ginger and acidity would work together (billions in asia!?). I'm assuming most people here are american and addicted to refined sugars and syrups. Clearly not worked a hard day in the cold either. This brew would get you and metabolism going.
