The simplest way to protect civilians is to order an immediate ceasefire. This will help Biden to continue supporting the genocidal campaign that Israel is conducting on the Palestinians, because nothing he says opposes the ICJ.

First of all, your system is broken. Second, what is a Palestinian American supposed to do? Biden is literally providing the ammunition to kill their families. Trump isn’t any better, but that doesn’t mean voting for another genocidal maniac is a viable option.

I’m hating on the influx of non-European tourists that are willing to pay the most ridiculous prices. This has made most of the islands impossibly expensive, where 5 years ago it was still very affordable if you avoided places like Mykonos and Santorin.

Ist ein M2, hab die kleinste Ausführung genommen die preislich bei ca 600€ lag, was in Vergleich zu einem Raspberry Pi natürlich viel zu viel Geld ist, aber Convenience hat hier gewonnen.

Ich hab den Strom nicht an der Dose gemessen (kann man das im OS irgendwo nachvollziehen?). Scheint aber laut anderen im Idle nur ca 6W zu ziehen.

Ich habe 2 22TB externe Platten drangegangen, eine als Backup für die andere, wird per cronjob und free file sync jede Nacht automatisch gespiegelt. RAID Setup oder zusätzliche cloud backups hab ich erstmal nicht, aber so funktioniert schon alles ziemlich gut. Mit nem Macbook kann man auch sehr sehr einfach Dateien hin und her schieben.

Momentan läuft er noch mit MacOS. Ich habe viel zu Asahi gelesen und habe auch noch vor, damit zu experimentieren. Scheint wohl immer ausgereifter zu werden. MacOS hat bisher eigentlich keine Probleme gemacht, nur manche Sachen wie Mount Paths und Docker waren anfänglich etwas umständlich. Zudem gibt es auch z.B. von Docker-Image providern oft keinen offiziellen Support für Mac.

Ich finde das Pricing von Apple auch total bescheuert. Für den Use Case als Media Server schien es mir dennoch okay, da ich den hoffentlich für die nächsten 10 Jahre benutzen kann. Hardwarebeschleunigung brauche ich im Moment nicht, aber der Vorteil vom Mini ist, dass der hier theoretisch keine Probleme hätte.

Ansonsten funktioniert leider Hardwarebeschleunigung in Kombination mit Docker nicht, was das Ganze etwas umständlicher machen würde.

Hingegen für App-Entwicklung insbesondere falls die App Machine Learning benutzt ist der Mac wieder super nützlich weil super schnell. Kann man natürlich alles auch Online mit VMs machen aber ist schon angenehmer und vor allem bis auf den Strom gratis.

Einen MacMini (aus Faulheit, hätte ebenso gut ein Raspi sein können). Hab den jetzt 24/7 als Homeserver laufen, mega praktisch. Läuft perfekt mit servarr als docker container und falls ich mal irgendwas im Hintergrund laufen lassen muss oder ne VM aufsetzen will geht das auch mega schnell.

Ahja und Noise Cancelling Kopfhörer, egal ob zuhause, im ÖPNV, Zug, Flugzeug, Büro, ist immer geil.

Ich bin froh, dass sich hier langsam etwas bewegt. Die Lage ist wirklich unerträglich und ein sofortiger Waffenstillstand ist ein Muss um die Zivilbevölkerung zu schützen.

Auch wenn mMn „westliche Werte“ sowieso schon lange im Mittelmeer abgesoffen und in Stellvertreterkriegen kaputt gebombt wurden. Diese uneingeschränkte Unterstützung seitens der deutschen Regierung trägt zur Destabilisierung unser Demokratie bei.

Wer soll uns noch glauben, dass wir z.B. die Ukraine aus purer Nächstenliebe unterstützen? Hier geht es nur um Geopolitik. In Deutschland leben allerdings Millionen Menschen aus der Region, hunderttausende Palästinenser. Und denen zeigt man gerade, dass ihre Stimmen und auch ihr Leiden nichts wert sind. Zusammen mit der Untätigkeit gegenüber der AFD finde ich das eine sehr gefährliche Botschaft.

Dieser Konflikt geht uns mittlerweile alle was an, weil wir nicht ignorieren können, dass die Interessen unserer Bürger nicht durch die deutsche Staatsräson abgebildet sind. Und in dem Sinne muss sich da auch was dran ändern, wenn wir am sozialen Frieden interessiert sind.

Vielleicht wäre das auch ein erster Schritt, unseren moralischen Kompass nochmals zwei auszurichten, sodass westliche Werte universell gelten. Dann glaubt uns vielleicht auch einer wieder das mit der Freiheit und der Demokratie. In dem Sinne, vielen Dank an die 20 SPDler und ich hoffe, das werden mehr.
