edit: done, pinged some mods and admins, hopefully something gets done since Leni seems to go to the mods/admins who don't have the time to look into the links/screenshots posted and just take Leni's word for it.

Trans woman here. Speech therapy kills my vocal chords. Is this normal? Are there any remedies for this? in c/[email protected]

Pleased to know this is normal! I was wondering if my vocal chords were strange, but this is reassuring. I've only had a couple of sessions for now so I feel content in knowing it'll only get better from here. I didn't know about the acidic foods thing so I'll note that down. Thank you :)
