I tried getting help. Rejected by 3 therapists because I was not their target demographic, another called me three times after reading my 'here's why I'm seeking therapy' notes to make sure I wasn't a threat to myself or others before backing out, and the therapist I did end up seeing thought it would be a good idea to double bill the guy with 'paranoia' as one of his listed items. Didn't walk the charges back until I stopped payment and appointments 'until this is resolved.' ...and yes, I realize I may be the problem, that is part of the reason I sought therapy... But at this point, there are no non-'christian councilor' therapists for males with ADHD in my area that my insurance will pay for.

It is very subjective as to what you will like or dislike. I would suggest checking things you do like in different formats (art, books, graphic novels). Maybe find a discord with some people with the same tastes... See if any have adjacent content that interests you.
