Oh, they weren't investing for a direct monetary return, I'm sure. Anyone with eyes could see Truth Social is a dumpster fire.

No, they were looking for political returns, and those are looking more and more risky.

Honestly, the fact that it's even close enough for that to matter is a damning indictment of our society. How January 6 wasn't the end of Trump's political career and the start of a prison term, I'll never know.

I can't wrap my brain around how this happened. It doesn't seem physically possible. How high can those trailers be jacked up, exactly?

I'd be satisfied if it stopped dumb fucks from buying guns for their dumb fuck kids that already threatened to shoot their classmates.

Airbnb was great when it all began, but now it's overrun by corporate vultures that buy up housing and turn it into illicit hotels. Not to even mention, it costs about the same as a hotel these days and I've never stayed in a hotel that gives you a chore list.

It does confirm the long-standing rumors that the Saudi royal family is now invested in Twitter.

And the fact that P. Diddy is part of this mess is surprising and slightly amusing.

I have a feeling that, in the very near future, the Republican party is going to fall apart, the Democratic party will shift to the right, and a new leftist party will emerge and draw off the Dems' left wing.

Assuming the Republicans' fascist takeover doesn't succeed, of course.

Romney is a bad person. But he's just regular Republican bad, not fascist leader of a death cult bad.

It's not surprising at all. He blocked Jesse Ventura from unionizing the WWF back in the 80s, and the Republican party is the home for scabs.

Missouri loves imposing itself in other states' politics, as Kansans could tell you.
