Now that the Steam Deck and linux gaming has found some success I really hope Valve or someone else revisits the home console market with a similar approach.

You couldn't really build a PC for the same price as a PS5 with the same performance unless you're buying used parts in most places but that's not because Sony is selling consoles at a loss right now like the olden days. A large system integrator like Valve (or xbox if they want to change their formula) could offer similar perf/price without all the downsides of these locked down consoles.

By international law they can use weapons supplied by other nations even for long range strikes into Russia yes, to my knowledge it's just a gentleman's agreement that they follow the terms of the nation supplying them. Not really a point of contention though as it would be idiotic to violate those terms at risk of not being supplied anymore.

The only point of contention is whether supplying nations should decide to allow strikes into Russia with their equipment because Russia continues to threaten that it would see that as an act of war from the supplying nation. So legally nothing wrong with it but you have to weigh that decision with possibility of starting World War III or a nuclear apocalypse.

And yet all the confederate flags seem to be at Republican rallies instead of Democrat rallies these days. 🤔

They don't understand the nuance that the left is fine with consenting nudity they just don't want people feeling forced, coerced, objectified or degraded to do so. They think that disliking the concept hooters or the man show is the same as saying women can't choose to wear revealing clothes...it's not.

On the Sydney Sweeney and Hawk Tuah points democrats in general obviously have no problem with them being open with their sexuality. Republicans will think of it as a win against "wokeness" but then they'll turn around and call these women sluts as well for the way they act or dress - not understanding that the latter is really what we're against.

And yet MAGA idiots still believe it's true regardless of this retraction. There's some random US citizen from Canton, Ohio named Allexis Ferrell who is in jail for eating a cat that they are using to justify these false claims even though she has absolutely no relation to Haitian immigrants in Springfield

On twitter yesterday I saw some MAGA people discussing that she was "right" but it's bad optics for the more moderate republicans so she should be distanced until after the election. They accept her.

I wish some sports journalists I follow would move off twitter so I could drop it completely.

The kids did trespass by hopping a fence, I'm guessing his defense is going to be he was just trying to hold them there for police but accidentally discharged his weapon into a kids face. The fuckwit is really lucky the kid lived.

They got caught taking bribes and then afterward made an official ruling that "gratuities" are okay and totally not bribes. These corrupt assholes have no shame and will never voluntarily recuse themselves.
