I think potatoes are really great.

Fried, mashed, boiled, fried (again)... It's really hard to go wrong. Baked. I mean, really. The versatility is... Unmatched? I feel that might be wrong, but there are very few ingredients on potatoes' level.

I'm with you. But I feel that plaintain, yuca and possibly name come pretty close as well.

Hmm maybe I guess, never had any of that so can't say for myself. I'd love to try some new veggies, though, and you just gave me a pretty cool grocery list! Thanks.
