I've been looking for a T-800 sticker with half his face off for ages for my Thinkpad. Never found one.
Trust me I browsed for a LONG time. Ended up just drilling out a standard issue alum badge

Isn't it literally called a Thinklight?
The thinklight was the spotlight embedded into the top of the screen that lightened up the keyboard (before backlight keyboards were a thing)

Is the arrow part of the sticker or did you take a screenshot of an unplayed video?
I think it was a faulty upload to imgur based on the comments I've seen. I'm not sure the SOP for uploading gifs here.
It's a gif, but a gifv which are correctly treated and controlled like a video stream by browsers.
