Yeah I'm on board with everyone else here: wtf is this comic?? I usually love Olgaf but I just cannot discern the joke or message in this one.
Yeah, seems like just absurdism, don't know that there's anything deeper
Imagine a pregnancy lasted the period between the night and the breakfast.
Aka, babies as souvenirs of sex without the mental prep time.
Now imagine the kind of mom that goes "aww, they'll be lonely without a sibling :)" and just goes ahead and pops out another as soon as she can.
What the hell is this?

Can someone explain context? Dafuq is happening here?
Oglaf is a comic with an absurd and on occasion borderline gross sense of humor (and a loooot of dicks and cooches, so don't look it up at work). That's pretty much all there is to explain.
