Often when people are prescribed antibiotics they are encouraged to also take probiotic supplements afterward to help restore healthy gut bacteria, so these work well in tandem

I eat penicillium straight from the petri dish, with blueberries and whipped cream. That way it's both a pro- and antibiotic.
