I finally got up enough enthusiasm to make tortillas and did an extremely non-authentic fajita/taco thing. It was very yummy, but almost anything is yummy when wrapped in a freshly made tortilla.

Not sure yet.. I'm trying to interest the Peeler family in fresh pasta I brought home from work, aaaand they're sick of pasta ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ
texmex sausages and steamed vegies for dins. Have no idea what they will be like. Weโll find out. ๐ญ
I bake them as it's so much easier and healthier and the snags are looking good so far ๐
