Shouldn't these advanced EVs be "smart" enough to limit speed when it's in excess of local laws? Or know when the driver is being reckless and take control?
FFS, 4 lives were lost inside a vehicle that has the capability to drive without an idiot at the wheel.
Even "dumb" e-scooters and e-bikes can limit speeds, so why not cars?
