What's a good game like this that isn't minimalist?
Element TD2? Bit more linear on pathing, but bout as nifty in the genre as there is otherwise. This one [thronefall] is a bit of a diamond in the rough as there aren't a ton of good solid modern tower defense games
It's really fun! I picked it up yesterday and I've been playing on ky deck.
I will say that I usually prefer tower defense games with more 'linear' pathing (think bloons) but it's been a good time regardless.
