I was shocked when it was announced. A game made 9 years ago that no one was really asking for a remake of for full retail of $60? I think a lot of people see it for what it is a cash grab during Halloween season made by a 3rd party company.

So I'll admit I'm one of the 5 people that liked this game and really wanted it off Playstation. From what I've heard there were "downgrades" like the lighting has been changed for the worse and apparently some of the critical music has been changed because of licensing. So I got my monkey paw wish.
I'll wait for it on sale and I'll wait for mods.
Who was even asking for a remake of this? It’s not like the first one is that old or janky, so what was even “improved?”
Its built in an entirely different engine, so its supposed to look better. Its definitely different, but better is gonna be subjective. IMO it looks good but they changed the feel of the game, and not for the better
I think the thing that bothers me is the color shift. Like yes, everything looks more vibrant, but for a game set in a snowstorm in the middle of the night, it sure looks bright and sunny in what i've seen.

I think the writer nailed it. I’d at least heard of Concord.
