Has he tried siphoning American water from the ocean? It's much closer and there's lots of it. Could even bottle it directly at the source and slap his logo on it.
I honestly can't tell when things like this are actual quotes from him or just people making fun of him. It's absurd that he has so much power.

The stupid part is that a good percentage of a large powerful country like the United States allows and accepts a political leader like this to speak for them.

That's easy. The hard part is to justify why you needed to permanently flood LA to make a point.
I actually see nothing wrong with that part. From my experience in LA, the flood will quickly be rebranded as a "swim-up bar" and real estate costs will double. And it'll still be less humid and have a more diverse landscape than where I live in Texas...
